Refund & Returns Policy

We value our customers and take pride in the product and service we deliver. When you’re happy, we’re happy! So, if within 14 calendar days after order deliveryyou decide your Chargeball product doesn't meet your expectations, we will happily provide a refund for products purchased (excluding any shipping costs paid). Please notethis does not cover change of mind or selecting the wrong product. 

We understand that Chargeball products may be purchased for gifting, however we cannot extend our return policy beyond the 14-day period, so please choose wisely on behalf of your lucky sports fans. 

Please note we will not accept returns for any used products. All return items must remain in original packaging with poly bags sealed and all labels in-tact. Return postage fees will be at customer’s expense. We will not be responsible for any lost packages in transit to the return centre, so please ensure you keep all parcel tracking records for your reference

Promotional and / or gift with purchase items cannot be returned / refunded or exchanged.

Instructions to receive your refund:

1. Email our Customer Service Crew ( 14 days of receipt to confirm you are returning your purchase. Please send your order number and identify which products you are returning, including photo of product in original condition, showing sealed packaging and labels in-tact. Alternatively, if product is defective, pls send photo / video with description on faulty issues.
2. Please return (non-faulty) products in a sturdy cardboard box. Using the same packaging your product was sent in is preferred. Inside the box you must include the product and return slip. You can download the return slip by clicking here
3. Send the box to the address below. Note: customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

1. We will not accept damaged/used products. If goods are returned damaged/used, this may impact our ability to refund your purchase.
2. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the amount, excluding any shipping costs paid on your original order. 
3. Your refund will be paid via the original payment method



This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It does not cover abuse, accident, mishandling, surface issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear and tear, or any other cause not attributable to inherent defects in material and quality. Proof of purchase is required to exercise warranty.Please note, if you purchased your Chargeball products from a 3rd party you will need to follow up claim directly with company purchased from.

Batteries are not included. For all Chargeball Pro Kits orBundles, a AA battery case will be provided, however customers will need to purchase AA batteries separately. Portable rechargeable USB powerbanks (as featured in instructional video) can be purchased separately for an additional fee, or customers can use their own USB compatible powerbanks

Chargeball products are shipped deflated or semi-inflated to offset our carbon footprint and reduce shipping costs to customer. Inflation devices / ball pumps (as featured in instructional video) are not included with the purchase of Chargeball products. Please refer to operating instructions in above link for correct assembly and handling. Take care not to perforate internal bladder or overinflate your Chargeball. Failure to follow these instructions will void warranty.

Important: do not dispose of the plastic ball stand (refer to instructional video). Replacement cost (including shippingfeeswill be at customer’s expense.

Please note, Chargeball balls are made from water-resistantfabric, for general wet weather conditions, however we do not recommend immersing in water as this will damage product and void any warranty.


Orders cannot be changed or adjusted after order has been confirmed. A $10 cancellation fee will be incurred for any orders cancelled, and must be requested within 12 hours of order confirmationAfter this time orders cannot be cancelled, however you can return your order upon receipt (following above 14-day return policy).


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your order, and once the return is accepted make a separate order for your new item.
